Mrs. Joyce E. Dinnis, 91 of Herrin, Illinois died on Sunday, December 22, 2019, at Herrin Hospital in Herrin, Illinois. She was born Wednesday, December 28, 1927 in Riverside, California to William and Eleanor Mae Boddy Epling. Surviving are daughter, Mary and husband Gary Adelman of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. also surviving are 2 grandchildren, Alexander Mathew of St. Charles, MO and Tyler Scott of Jefferson City, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother Bill Epling. Memorials can be made to the Finding Forever Animal Rescue  at 607 East De Young, Marion Illinois 62959 A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday at Van Natta Funeral Home located at 427 South Park Avenue Herrin, Illinois 62948. Interment will be in Herrin City Cemetery, Herrin, IL. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to on Thursday, December 26, 2019, at Van Natta Funeral Home, 427 South Park Avenue , Herrin, Illinois.
