Dorothy Marshall, 80 of Herrin, Illinois died on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at Carrier Mills Nursing Home in Carrier Mills, Illinois. Born Saturday, March 4, 1939 in Sweetwater, Tennessee to Jack and Lula (Hillard) Clower. Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Tammie and late husband John Holloway of Harrisburg, IL. Linda Elders of Hurst, and son Sid Mincey of Energy. Dorothy is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Chad, Dustin and wife Brittney, Ryan, Jamie and husband Gary, Stephen and Noah, and 3 great grand children, Madison, Lillian and Brylee and special friends Joe and Linda Kinley. She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie Marshall and her parents, 1 son Bobby Mincey and 1 daughter Debbie Sue Mincey. Dorothy had worked at the Herrin Hospital in physical therapy for may years. A graveside service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday at Herrin City Cemetery.
