Christie Schultz

Christie Schultz,  passed away peacefully at home in Marion on December 15, 2025. Born in Jasper, Alabama, on December 15, 1969, she was the cherished daughter of Robert Reece Jr. and Sarah Bookwalter.

Christie is lovingly remembered by her mother and stepfather, Larry and Sarah Bookwalter of Marion, Illinois, and her two sons, Ryan Sasso and Cody Bloodwalter. She was preceded in death by her father and her son, David Satori.

Honoring her wishes, there will be no formal services, and Christie will be cremated. The Van Natta Funeral Home in Herrin is handling the arrangements.

Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
