Norman La Belle

Mr. Norman La Belle, age 58, of Du Quoin, IL, died Wednesday, March 3, 2010. He was born in Herrin to Norman and Delores (Ralls) LaBelle August 14,1951. Surviving is his mother, Delores and Step father Charles Hunter of DuQuoin Ill. , 2 daughters Kimberly and husband Daniel Carstens of Herrin, Pamela and husband Tommy Robinson of Herrin, 2 brothers Steve and wife Julia LaBelle of Ziegler, Brad LaBelle of Florida, 1 sister Deborah Stilley of Kentucky, 3 Step brothers, Todd and wife Melinda Hunter of Johnston City, Karrie Hunter of Herrin and Kelly Hunter of Herrin. Also surviving is 4 grand children, Tyler LaBelle, Page Robinson, Nolan Carstens and Lucas Carstens. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Mr. LaBelle was a truck driver for McBride Trucking, Veteran of the Army and was a avid hunter and fisherman. Mr. LaBelle was preceded in death by his father, wife Cheryl Hunter and 2 brothers Charles Hunter and Brian La Belle. Memorials can be made direct to Van Natta Funeral Home. His wishes was to be cremated. Memorial service will be Saturday at 1:00pm at Van Natta Funeral Home in Herrin Visitation will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Rev. Brad Harlow will officiate. Arrangements are being handled by Van Natta Funeral Home, 427 South Park, Herrin, IL.
