Mrs. Mary K. Law Howell, 68 of Herrin, Illinois died on Monday, January 11, 2010, at in Herrin, Illinois. Born Tuesday, August 19, 1941 in Herrin, Illinois to George E. and Afton (Propes) Law.Surviving are two brothers, Mr. George Darrell Law of Herrin, IL., Tommy Law of Herrin and her precious dog Bobo. Other survivors include brother and sister in law Bob and Marge Howell of Johnston City and Jack and Mae Howell of St. Charles Mo. Also special fiends Betty Dumplin Weichert and Alice Schlemmer both of Columbia Illinois. She was married to Paul Howell Feb. 16, 1963 he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by parents ,1 sister Betty Watson, 3 brothers Don, Bud and Bill Dean. She worked at Greenfields Restaurant and bar in Columbia Ill., and Pathway House II in Johnston City Ill. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday at Van Natta Funeral Home Herrin, Illinois 62948 with family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 14, 2010, at Van Natta Funeral Home, 427 South Park Avenue , Herrin, Illinois. The Rev. Richard Pearce will officiate.
