Rosalie Neafus

Mrs. Rosalie Marie Neafus, 72 of Johnston City, Illinois died on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in the Herrin Hospital. She was born in Detroit Michigan to Leland Paul and Dorothy (Walker) Oakley. She was married to Lloyd Thomas Neafus October 16, 1970 in Herrin he survives. Rosalie is survived by her son Lloyd and wife Lindsay Neafus of Eldorado. 1 brother Bruce Oakley, 2 sisters Betty and Lula Oakley all of Herrin, bother and sister -in-law Gene and Joyce Neafus and mother in law Edith all of Marion. Also surviving is her dog Rowdy and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents father-in-law Eugene Neafus and brother-in-law Carl. A graveside funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Herrin City Cemetery with the Rev. Ralph Brandon officiating. Interment will be in Herrin City Cemetery, Herrin, IL. Van Natta Funeral is in charge of arrangements.
