Floella Miller

Mrs. Floella Miller, age 81, of Herrin, IL, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009. She was born in Goreville, IL. to Newton Oscar and Cecile (Childers) Walker. She was married to John Haynes Jr., who preceded her in death. She then married Paul Miller, her husband of 28 years. Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband, Paul, 1 daughter Patricia and husband Donald Banfield of Herrin, 1 son Micheal and wife Rae Marie Haynes of Corpus Christi, TX. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren; Bridie and Leif McClees and Damian and Hailie Haynes; 3 Great Grandchildren, Aodhan, Cian and Sorcha McClees. Floella was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved animals and enjoyed cake decorating and flower arranging. She was preceded in death by her first husband, parents, and two brothers James and Frankie Walker. Graveside service will be Friday at 2:00pm in the Herrin City Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Van Natta Funeral Home, 427 South Park, Herrin, IL.
