Mr. Tolbert was married to Ruth (Mays) Tolbert and she passed away May 16, 2013. Surviving is 1 sister, Linda Lazorchak of Johnston City, 3 brothers, Joe and wife Elaine Tolbert of Johnston City, John Ray Tolbert of Salem and R. J. Tolbert of Eldorado and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Tolbert had worked as a plumber and sold produce. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister, 1 brother-in-law , John Lazorchak A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Van Natta Funeral Home located at 427 South Park Avenue Herrin, Illinois 62948 with the Rev.
