John Lazorchak

Mr. John P Lazorchak, , 75 of Johnston City, Illinois died on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 in the Herrin Hospital. He was born Thursday, July 18, 1940 to John and Emma (Valenick) Lazorchak. He was the husband of Linda (Tolbert) Lazorchak of Johnston City. John is survived by 8 children, Sharon and Glee Thompson of Winchester Tenn., John Lazorchak of Hiram GA.,Kevin and Julie Lazorchak of Rock Bridge Mo, Kimberly Tribou of Hiram GA., Tommy lazorchak of Winchester Tenn.., Carla Dotson of Benton Ill., Tommy and Teresa Chew of Mitchell IN. and Donna Kay and Garnett Cochran of Benton LA., He is also survived by several grand children, great grand children, nieces and nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1st wife Betty (Holland) Lazorchak and 1 sister Mary Ann Richardson. By trade John was a welder and enjoyed hunting and the outdoors Memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois Inc.. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday at Van Natta Funeral Home located at 427 South Park Avenue Herrin, Illinois 62948 with the Rev. Clyde Dillman officiating. Interment will be in Cundiff Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, September 4, 2015, at Van Natta Funeral Home, 427 South Park Avenue , Herrin, Illinois.
