Irene Colle

Mrs. Irene Colle, age 83, of Herrin, IL, died Thursday, February 12, 2009, at Herrin Hospital in Herrin, IL. Mrs Colle was born in Herrin November 22, 1925 to Harry E. and Ada (Patterson) Dale. She was married to Mr. James Stergis he passed away 1968 then she married Mr. John Colle and he died in 1998. Mrs. Colle is survived by one daughter Rita Pearce of Marion , one son Michael Stergis of Nashville Tenn. and onestep daughter Joni Dawn Colle of Springfield Ill. Also surviving are 3 grandsons Dale Pearce of Marion, Ford Stergis of Detroit MI and Hunter Stergis also of Detroit MI. Mrs. Colle was a retired Beautician. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, 2 sisters Marjorie Wade and Helen Drew. Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00am and visitation will be Sunday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Van Natta Funeral Home. Rev. Glenn Sanders will officiate . Memorial donations can be made to Alzheimer's Ass. 409 N. Springer, Carbondale Ill.
