Richard Woolard

Mr. Richard Woolard, 77 of Herrin, Illinois died on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at Shawnee Christian Nursing Center in Herrin, Illinois. He was born Saturday, March 19, 1938 in Herrin, Illinois to Arthur and Martha (Propes) Woolard. He is survived by 1 son John Woolard of Tennessee, 2 grand children, Guage Woolard of Indiana and Holly Woolard of Tennessee. He also has 1 brother Barney and wife Deanna Woolard of Herrin, 1 niece Jennifer Woolard of Herrin and 1 nephew Bob Woolard of Herrin. Mr. Woolard was a machinist and also worked at Norge. A memorial service will be at 7:00 PM on Monday at Van Natta Funeral Home located at 427 South Park Avenue Herrin, Illinois 62948 with the Rev. Don Colson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, July 20, 2015, at Van Natta Funeral Home, 427 South Park Avenue , Herrin, Illinois. His wishes were to be cremated there will be no burial service.
