Evelyn Knight

Herrin-Mrs. Evelyn Knight, 93 of Herrin, Illinois died on Friday, December 19, 2014, at VIP Manor in Wood River, Illinois. She was born Tuesday, August 2, 1921 in Murphysboro, Illinois to Bert and Audrey (Imhoff) Belcher. She was married to Claude Knight and he preceded he in death in 1976. Surviving are sister, Lois and Charlie Hartline of Granite City, IL., William Boucher of Rogers Minn. and Joe Boucher of Carlinville and special friend Lind Combs. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister-in-law Sara Boucher and nephew Joe Hartline. A funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Monday at Van Natta Funeral Home located at 427 South Park Avenue Herrin, Illinois 62948 with the Rev. Mike LeMay officiating. Interment will be in Herrin City Cemetery, Herrin, IL. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday, December 22, 2014, at Van Natta Funeral Home, 427 South Park Avenue , Herrin, Illinois.
