William Bill Hale

Mr. William"Bill" V. Hale, age 71, of Herrin, IL, died 11am Friday, May 16, 2008, at his home in Herrin, IL. He was born in Carterville March 27,1937 to Ralph and Nellie (Harris) Hale they preceded him in death. He was survied by 5 sons 1 daughter and 2 step daughters. 1 sister Margaret and husband Louis Absher of Herrin,1 brother Donald D. and wife Lorraine Hale of Herrin, several nieces and nephews, and close friend Bill and Toni Shoemake of Herrin. A very special thank you to his nephew Mike Absher, Jim Dunning, Darryl Tippy, Janice Sloan, Woody and Debbie Lyell, Ada Cain, Vickie and Jim English and Cheryl Brown care giver. Also Hospice of Southern Ill Inc. Bill was a Cardinal Baseball fan. He also love to fish. He was employed as factory worker and as a Railroad worker. He was a graduate of Herrin High School in 1955.
