Yvonne Groves

Mrs. Yvonne Groves, age 62, of Herrin , IL , died Sunday, May 12, 2013, at Herrin Hospital in Herrin , IL . She was born in Harvey Ill. to Irl W. Sr and Jeanne (Urvan) Eaton September 8, 1950. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church . She is survived by her husband of 42 years they were married February 13, 1971; Charles Groves of Herrin , her mother of Herrin, three children; Amy and Keith Null of O' Fallon Ill, Laura Groves and Daniel Williams of Herrin and James and Mindy Groves of Dowell Ill. Mrs. Groves has 3 grandchildren; Zoe Maple, Madison Null and Cameron Williams. Yvonne worked at Herrin Wal-Mart in the pharmacy. She is also survived by sister-in-law and brother in-law Ruth Ann and Phillip Adams of Energy and sister Nancy and husband Dan Letson of Salamance New York, and brothers and sisters-in-laws; Irl W. and Becky Eaton, Richard Eaton, Donald Eaton all of Herrin, Larry and Deby Eaton of Energy, John and Cindy Eaton of Logan Ill. and Robert and Marsha Eaton of Marion Ill., and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, mother-in-law and her father-in-law. Memorial donation are to be made to Special Olympics 608 E College St Carbondale, IL 62901 or to the National Headache Foundation 820 North Orleans, Suite 411, Chicago, IL 60610 envelopes will be provided by the funeral home. Arrangements are being handled by Van Natta Funeral Home, 427 South Park, Herrin , IL . Memorial service will be at Van Natta Funeral Home at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, May 15, 2013, Phillip White officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until time of service.
