Tommy Law

Mr. Tommy Law, age 65, of Herrin, IL, died Saturday, January 19, 2013, at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Tommy was born in Herrin June 25, 1947 to George and Afton (Propes) Law. He is survived by one brother Mr. George Darrell Law, Herrin, IL several nieces and nephews, many friends and special friends Debbie Followell, Vicky Craig and Janet Burns. He also leaves his beloved dog BoBo. He was married to Charlotte Renee` Hester she died in 1993. Tommy was a veteran of the army in Vietnam and was a St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, 2 sisters Betty June Watson, Mary K. Howell, 3 brothers Donald, Billy Dean and Herbert (Bud) Law. He was a member of V.F.W and the American Legion. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the funeral home. Funeral service will be at Van Natta Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, January 23, 2013, Rev. Richard Pearce officiating. Interment will be at Egyptian Memorial Gardens, with military rites preformed by the V.F.W and American Legion posts of Herrin.
