Mr. Michael Nicks, age 51, of Zephyrhills, FL, died Saturday, April 28, 2012 in Zephyrhills Fl. Mr. Nicks was employed by U-Store in Zephyrhills Fl.. He was born in Herrin September 9, 1960 to George Nicks and Mary Bailey Nicks. Surviving is his father George and stepmother Patricia (Crowell) Nicks of Christopher Ill. and his mother Mary Nicks of Herrin. He was married to Luana (Ice) Nicks June 27, 1992 in Energy Ill she survives. Also surviving is 1 step son Tommy Earl Glisson of Herrin, 1 sister Debbie and husband Victor Schooley of Carterville, 2 brothers Kevin and wife Tammy of Arizona, Jeffery and wife Melissa Nicks of Nashville Tenn.. and 5 nieces and nephews and 2 great nephews. He is also survived by his dogs Zoey and Tunie. He was also preceded in death by 1 son Christopher Nicks and his grandparents George and Ella Mae Nicks. He loved to watch and follow the Miami Dolphins and the St. Louis Cardinals. His wishes were to be cremated and a service will be at a later date.
