Dorothy Saliba

Mrs. Dorothy Jean Saliba, age 80, of Zeigler, IL, died Friday, March 18, 2011, at her home in Zeigler, IL. She was born in Taylorville Ill. to Lura (German) Mose and Paul Staton they preceded her in death. She was married to Mike Saliba he also preceded her in death. Mrs. Saliba was a member of the Zeigler Eagles club. The Eagles will perform a rose ceremony at the funeral home Monday.She is survived by 2 sons Michael Saliba of Peoria and Samuel Saliba of Princeton Ill., 3 daughters, Jamia Saliba of Zeigler, Judith Saliba Gugerty Ohio Ill., JoEllen Saliba Patterson of Pekin Ill. She also has 1 brother Richard Mose of Miami Fl. and 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Mrs. Saliba is preceded in death by parents, husband, 1 son Ronald Saliba , step father Harold Mose and 2 grandchildren Melissa Saliba and Laura Patterson. Arrangements are being handled by Van Natta Funeral Home, 427 South Park, Herrin, IL. Visitation will be from 11:00am monday until 1:00pm at the funeral home. Funeral service will be at Van Natta Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Monday, March 21, 2011, Rev. Don Colson officiating. Interment will be at Herrin City Cemetery, Herrin, IL .
